Telecom products comparison

To proceed in a comparison, it is sufficient to select at least one service and complete a talk time field. Try to record the actual elements of your usage so that the comparison will give you more reliable results. In the results exported, you may not view the price as advertised on the pricelist. This is due to a number of factors. The most important factor of possible result differentiation is that the system "sees" the talk times that you record as values of actual use. If you declare, that your communication needs are 1500 minutes per month, the system assumes that you added up the actual talk time on your billing account and it proved to be 1500 minutes. The time billed is usually longer than the actual time and depends on the Minimum Call Duration set by the Provider in its price list for a specific product.

Select one or more of the listed services according to your needs. For each of the service that you select, you will need to record your use.

Generic criteria

The data required to complete are divided into "General criteria", and "Specific criteria". In "General criteria" there are requested information required by the system, in order to create all possible product solutions that can help you meet your communications needs. In "Detailed criteria", there are requested information concerning your usage, in each of the telecommunications services you choose. These information will help the system classify all possible products that can help you meet your communications needs. The generated results are in ascending order, based on the evaluation of your personal usage charge in each of these products.

Many plans are addressed simultaneously to individuals and professionals. Other plans are more specialized and addressed only to a particular category of consumers. Here you can see which plans are addressed either exclusively in a specific subscribers category as home users or programs that are intended for both home and business use.

Here you can see which plans are addressed to specific groups of citizens (As declared by the companies).

Then you will be prompted to enter values that reflect the use that you make in the telecommunication service. The use that you state, will be used in the process of comparison. It is recommended that you use this information for your actual use contained in the relevant billing accounts of telecommunication services. You are given three options to evaluate the use that you state, average, maximum and accurate. Select average use, if you estimate that the values to be stated, represent on average your use. Select maximum use if you estimate that never or very rarely you overcome the values to be stated. Finally, select Accurate use if you want a simple assessment based on an accumulated use on a particular period. When you select an average or maximum use then the process of comparison is attempting to simulate on an annual basis your use.

Each and every comparison result, may include more than one product. For example, if you would like to see the charges for a 500 minutes of talk time on a prepaid product, the system will proceed in calculations which would include combinations for each of the products and any tenders companies promote in the same time period. If the user wishes, the system may expand the calculations by combining on the above products, bundled packages such as talk time package plans. It is likely that in this way, the final charge could be reduced for the consumer for the use which he declares. At this point you can declare if and to how many additional products you want to enrich with, each result.

Detailed criteria

Specific criteria refer to each of the services previously selected. For example, if you have selected fixed telephony and fixed Internet access, a set of criteria refers to fixed telephony and a set of criteria to fixed Internet access.

There are two basic types of mobile telephony products:(a) Contract mobile products for which, at the end of every month, a debriefed billing account is sent to the customer, containing use details and (b) Mobile products for which no account is sent (Prepaid), but the customer prepays an amount of money which allows him to make some use, (e.g. talk time minutes). Here you are asked to indicate your preference or select "both" if you do not have a preference.
